Terms and Conditions For Aesthetics&Beauty Courses
Lotus Aesthetics Beauty& Aesthetics Academy Terms and Conditions for Aesthetics &Beauty courses:
1-To enrol on a course, students are required to pay a deposit which will be deducted from the total course fee. Upon the confirmation of this enrolment, the applicant is liable to pay the balance of the total fee for the course.
2-In the event of a student failing to attend the confirmed course or complete the course for any following reasons: personal problems, illness, change of mind, relocation, pregnancy, illness or death in the family, change in personal circumstances, failure to obtain a visa or a loan, no refunds of fees or deposits will be made, no entitlement to a later-date course will be granted, and the student will be liable for the outstanding course fee.
3-Fees can be paid in full, at the time of enrolment. Fee can also be paid with a deposit and balance, which must be paid no later than seven days prior to the course start date. Failure to do so will forfeit your place on the course.
4-All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
5-If you do not pay your Course fees or any behavioral attitudes breaking the Lotus Aesthetics &Beauty Academy(any harassment, inappropriate behaviors in classess,trying to breaking rules etc) accordance with the agreed payment terms, we reserve the right to withdraw any offer, cancel your accepted place on your Course, exclude you from any relevant assessment, exam, or reassessment, leave your assessment or reassessment unmarked, or withhold assessment or reassessment results and materials for your Course.
6-As part of The Code of Practice, all students must be well presented at all times. (i.e. Hair should be neatly tied back and out of the face, no jewelry, all piercings removed for health & safety purposes, fingernails should be cut short and clean, and personal hygiene should be adhered to)
7-Lotus Aesthetics &Beauty Academy has to cancel a course date that will be beyond our control, then we will try to give at least 24 hours notice and rearrange another course date. We cannot be responsible for any loss of travel or accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
8-These conditions form the main part of the contract between the School and the Student. Only the school’s managing director shall be authorised to alter or waive any of the terms and conditions.
9-We reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time, without prior notice.
10-Models
All of our on-site/classroom training courses provides 1-3 models for you to work on the training day. We will not take responsibility if models can not attend on training days.
Certification will only be achieved when Lotus Aesthetics & Beauty Academy are confident that the student is competent and provides all these conditions above.
During Your Training
Recording of training (both audio or video) is strictly prohibited. This is to protect the privacy of other students, meet Data Protection requirements and avoid disruption to training. Tutors may occasionally take photos of student work during training for marketing/promotional purposes which we will ask if you agree or disagree to prior to starting the class. You will also be able to take before and after photos of your practical work, as your model (s) will sign a consent form.
Complaints
We are keen to ensure all students enjoy their training course. However, should you have any concerns please firstly raise any difficulties or concerns with the tutor on the training day(s) as most issues can quickly be rectified at the time. However, in the unlikely event your training course does not meet your expectations and you feel unable to raise this with the tutor on the training day, please email- lotus aestheticsuk@yahoo.com .with the details of your feedback or complaint. This email must be received in writing within 5 days of your training course. We take all feedback and complaints very seriously and this will be investigated as required. You will receive a response in writing within 10 working days to allow us time to thoroughly investigate the complaint.Please note: abusive and threatening e-mails/behaviors/words in the classroom will not be tolerated. We will always aim to solve the problems in a professional manner however should any excessive abuse occur we reserve the right to no longer respond and will instead work with any legal team instructed to act on your behalf.
